Christine Frascarelli
Christine is the owner and lead writer of Uncorked Asheville. She has been writing website articles since 2009. An avid hiker and local restaurant enthusiast, Christine specializes in eating out with dietary needs and food intolerances, especially having Ulcerative colitis and a husband with Celiac disease. She loves literary travel, day trips, and outdoor adventures.
Since moving to Asheville in 2019, Christine has dedicated her time to exploring every inch of the Blue Ridge Mountains along with its neighboring destinations. She has been a Biltmore annual passholder and North Carolina Arboretum member since moving to Asheville. Having lived all over the world, ranging from New England to Indonesia and Florida, Christine is a pro at relocation and calling a new place home.
She is also the owner and lead editor of The Uncorked Librarian, an online literary publication with books and movies to inspire travel.
